We keep our pricing consistent across all event types, so whether you're hosting an intimate gathering or something more elaborate, you’ll always know what to expect. Friday & Saturday Rate: $4,500 per day

​​​Sunday – Thursday Rate: $4,000  per day

Wedding Hours: 8 am - Midnight 

Add a Thursday or Monday to your wedding Package for just $1000​​​​

What's Included

At The Acres, we keep things simple. With flexible options and no hidden fees, hosting your celebration is easy. ​All-Inclusive, Flat Rate Pricing: No hidden fees, gratuities, or extra charges. BYOB with Bartenders Included: Bring your own alcohol, and we’ll provide professional bartenders. Vendor Freedom: Choose your own caterers, vendors, and services to suit your needs. Tables and Chairs Provided: Includes 5’ round tables, 8’ rectangular tables, 32” bar-height cocktail tables, and white resin chairs. Flexible Indoor & Outdoor Options: Host ceremonies and events indoors or outdoors, with features like a glass garage door for seamless indoor/outdoor entertainment. Full Amenities: Including: Full kitchen, Large stamped concrete patio with firepit access, large smart television, onsite parking and handicap accessibility, table and chair setup/tear-down and cleaning included

Take your celebration to the next level with our optional services designed to make your event stress-free and unforgettable. Day of Coordinating - $800 Elevate your wedding experience with our venue's exclusive Day-of Coordinator service, ensuring every detail is flawlessly executed so you can enjoy your special day without a hitch Additional Cleaning Service - $350 After your celebration, leave the cleanup to us with our Full Cleaning Service—our team will handle everything from disposing of decorations to taking out the trash, so you can simply walk away and enjoy your memories. Boba Bar - Open bar/Cash bar options Add a fun and interactive touch to your event with our optional Boba Bar, providing your guests with a delightful selection of popping pearls and flavors for a memorable experience.

With access from 8 AM to midnight, our daily event rentals offer the flexibility you need to set up, celebrate, and wrap up your special occasion at your own pace.

Supporting Community with Intention

At The Acres, we believe in giving back to the community and supporting causes that align with our values. We’re proud to offer a limited number of discounted or complimentary rentals each year for nonprofit organizations. To make this sustainable and meaningful, we’ve created a simple application process to ensure we can support events that are the best fit for our space and mission.

What We Offer

  • A limited number of nonprofit event slots are available each calendar year.

  • Events may receive discounted venue use, depending on the organization and event type.

  • Available days for nonprofit events are typically Monday–Thursday, or weekends during our off-peak season (January–March or July–August).

  • We are unable to accommodate nonprofit events during blackout dates (including major holidays and peak wedding season weekends).

How to Apply

To be considered, please submit a brief application that includes:

  • Your organization’s name, mission, and nonprofit status (501(c)(3) or equivalent)

  • A short description of your event and its purpose

  • Your preferred date(s) and estimated number of guests

  • Why you believe The Acres is a good fit for your event

Submission & Response

Please email your request to [email address] at least 60 days in advance of your preferred date. We review applications monthly and respond within 2 weeks of review.
